M.A.S.K. Technologies:

The M.A.S.K. Computer is housed at both Matt Trakker's mansion and at Boulder Hill. Trakker often uses voice commands to ask the computer to analyse objects and photographs and has programmed the computer to select the most suitable M.A.S.K. agents for each mission.

Occasionally, Trakker uses a portable version housed in a suitcase that has the same capabilities.

The computer is also connected to all MASK vehicles. So Matt uses it regularly in Thunderhawk to let the computer choose the best agents for the mission.

Every MASK agent had it, every fan wanted it, the iconic MASK watch.

With the watch, today we would say smartwatch, the agents were informed that they were selected by the M.A.S.K. computer for a mission.

A flashing mask, similar to Matt's Ultra Flash mask, appeared in the watch's display, signaling to the agents that they were needed.

These left thereupon everything and drop, and hurried to the mission.

The watch was silver / red with a metal bracelet.

In addition to the more often used small rockets, Thunderhawk also incorporated a magnetic disk launcher.

This was, like the rockets, installed in the weapons compartment on the underbody of Thunderhawk.

The magnetic discs that the device could fire had different functions in each episode. In part, Matt could control the functions from Thunderhawk.

In this episode, it's not entirely clear what Matt is using for discs. Presumably it's a bugging device.

In addition to the more often used small rockets and the magnetic disk launcher, Thunderhawk also incorporated a winch.

This, like the other technologies, was installed in the weapons compartment on the underbody of Thunderhawk.

In this episode, Matt lowers T-Bob into the blue slime with it.

After T-Bob anchors himself in the blue slime with his grappling hooks, Matt can use the winch to pull the blue slime into the salt water.

T-BOB technologies, activities, outfits:

Already in the episode Mystery Of The Rings Scott T-Bob had installed a camera

Also in this episode T-Bob uses it again.

However, this time he does not use the owl that comes out of his head.

T-Bob is here just to take a quick snapshot of Scott.

Is T-Bob a hero? Probably not. But in the one or other mission, he takes all the courage together, and is yet one.

As in this episode. After Alex has determined that the blue monster T-Bob does not devour, they decide to use T-Bob as bait.

Heavy robot heart he agrees.

So T-Bob gets new grappling hooks. When he is lowered into the blue monster by Thunderhawk, he activates the grappling hooks.

With this, he anchors himself into the monster and Thunderhawk can pull it into the salt water. The monster is defeated, and T-Bob at the end the hero.

Summary of Deadly Blue Slime

Location of the episode*: Mount Kilimanjaro, East Africa

Short summery*: Matt and Alex travel to Africa to stop a rampaging slime monster made out of blue protoplasm. The monster was created from the remnants of a rare blue algae and snow leopard DNA, and it devours anything in it's path. V.E.N.O.M. receive word about the monster and devise a plan to bring it under their control, but the monster's weakness is salt.

Safety tip*
Matt Trakker reminds Scott and T-Bob to stick to the buddy system when swimming out to the raft in the middle of the lake.

Facts worth knowing about Deadly Blue Slime

Particularly in this episode*:

•After arriving in Africa, Scott asks his dad if they are going to the lab. There is a pause during an overhead shot before Matt answers, but he is seen gesturing during this silent shot as if to indicate he is speaking.
Hondo MacLean is seen teaching a class wearing a green suit, but during the closer shot when his watch alarm goes off, he is wearing his brown jacket. Then it switches back to the green suit for the next shot.
•After Mayhem says "M.A.S.K. can't see you. Now get out and get those samples", there are two separate reaction shots of Rax and Dagger but the jungle background stays the same as the close-up switches between them.
Matt Trakker instructs T-Bob wait until he gets to the bottom before extending his arms and legs. But later, T-Bob actually extends four grappling hooks that shoot from hidden compartments on his torso.
Hondo MacLean, driving Nightstalker, disables Switchblade's wing while it flying in jet-mode and it appears to go down. Later, it is resting in a forest in helicopter mode and then switches back to a fully functional jet-mode to make it's escape.
